Before you get in touch

Common questions.

No. Most of our work is done through cloud accounting and video meetings. We act for clients across Australia and for international clients through our affiliations.

Thirty minutes with a Chartered Accountant. We ask about your structure, your current arrangements and what is prompting the call, then tell you what we would do and roughly what it would cost. No obligation and no charge.

Fixed fees agreed in writing before work starts, for both compliance and advisory engagements. Where scope genuinely cannot be known upfront, such as a catch-up bookkeeping project, we quote after reviewing the file rather than billing by the hour and hoping.

Yes, and it is common. We send an ethical letter to your current accountant requesting your file and confirming there is no professional reason we should not act, then reconcile the opening balances. Most transitions complete in two to three weeks.

Your last set of financial statements and tax return, your current structure if you know it, and a list of what is bothering you. If you do not have any of that, come anyway. Half of a first meeting is working out what you actually have.
