These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the professional services we provide, which are covered by the engagement letter we issue before any work begins. Where an engagement letter and these terms conflict, the engagement letter prevails.

Everything published here, including articles, guides, calculators and service descriptions, is general information. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and it is not advice you should act on without first speaking to a registered tax agent about your circumstances.

Tax law changes frequently. Thresholds, rates and dates published here were correct when written but may no longer be current. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site.

We are not licensed to provide financial product advice

Tax Visory is a registered tax agent and Chartered Accountants ANZ firm. We are not an Australian Financial Services Licence holder. Nothing on this website is financial product advice, investment advice, insurance advice or credit assistance, and we do not provide those services.

Where our services touch a self-managed superannuation fund, we provide accounting, taxation and administration services only. Investment decisions remain yours, and we recommend you obtain advice from an appropriately licensed adviser.

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the Tax Visory name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us. You may read, print and share it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce it commercially, republish it or present it as your own without our written permission.
